After a design review is conducted and the scope of the work becomes well identified, we prepare a realistic master schedule which takes the project completion time into careful consideration.

The master schedule includes time, machinery and equipment, and human power schedules. The required resources for the project, both in quality and quantity are delivered to the project site in a timely manner in order to start construction by the time assigned. The schedule is periodically reviewed by the concerned party to make sure that the project aligns with the instructions and specifications provided by our clients.
